FitNess: My First Half Marathon

Here’s something to cross off on the list… Chicago Half Marathon: 2:24 After three months of training, I finally did it.  Moreover, I did it comfortably, without walking, and felt great the entire time.  The training program truly prepared me and would recommend it wholeheartedly for other beginners.
