FitNess: Holiday Hang-Up

We survived Thanksgiving, but that doesn’t mean we are in the clear. The holidays can be stressful, so be sure to make some time for yourself and get to the gym.
 
Here are two free apps that help me stay on track: 
 
 
My Fitness Pal creates a weight-loss plan based on your information. At the end of the day, it will estimate how long it will take you to obtain your goal based on your intake/outtake. I use it to look up calories and other nutritional facts.
 
 
Map My Run tracks your distance, pace, and route. They’re stored so you can track your progress. It’s easy to use and great for training outdoors.
