Yum: Crockpot BBQ Chicken

Part of my New Year’s resolutions include trying a new recipe every week. If my first new recipe was any indication, this is going to be a good year.  Not only it is insanely easy, but it is absolutely delicious. Like, boyfriend approved delicious. You can find the original recipe at Family Fresh Meals.

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless  chicken breasts
1 cup  BBQ sauce
1/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste

Place your chicken in the crockpot. Lightly salt the top of each piece.

In a separate bowl, mix and stir together the remaining ingredients.

Once stirred, cover the chicken with the sauce and heat on high for 3-4 hours. We opted to shred ours after 3 hours and let it sit for another hour, stirring occasionally. We couldn’t wait, it smelled so good! Let us know your favorite crockpot recipes in the comments section below!
