FitNess: Sunday Funday

It’s Sunday Funday!
Err…. I mean it’s Sunday Run Day. Worth the post 7.5 mile recovery pool session, though.
My next half marathon is only a couple of weeks away.
I can’t say I’ve done the best at training for it (okay, I haven’t done any training at all). 
 
Long-distance running days are definitely the hardest. 
Since they can get boring, I decided to try a new route out today to keep it fresh.
In addition to changing up the routine, I use music to keep me motivated.
