FitNess: Most Wonderful Time of Year…

At the Super Bowl party my wonderful friends hosted yesterday, my friend made the comment-
“That’s the best thing about getting older. It’s not just chips anymore.”
She was right. 
Warm sandwiches glazed with butter mixed with ranch dressing powder
Fresh mozzarella and Bruschetta
Buffalo Chicken Wings
Beer and cheese dip
Spinach dip
Taco dip
Chili dip
Salad
Seriously, who can resist?
It was worth every calorie. Yes, there were multiple plates to be had. 
But guess what? I have a diagnosis for the overindulgent. It’s time to surprise yourself and push yourself to new heights. Luckily, there’s plenty of time to schedule your races for this year.
My challenge? A sprint triathlon.
