FitNess: Kicking Winter Blahs

Ice. Rain. Cold. Snow.
Mother Nature just can’t make up her mind.
Trust me, it can feel a little seriously daunting trying to stay motivated in this weather.
You may have already read about my recent transition to a new gym
Turns out, I’m trying some new workouts too.
Namely, spinning.

Now, I’ll admit I was a little hesitant going in. Needless to say, I’m hooked.
Spinning for 45 minutes can melt burn around 500 calories. On average, a 40-minute class at a cadence of 80–110 rpm (revolutions per minute) is equivalent to approximately 15–20 miles. Plus, it builds your cardio endurance and tones your legs, butt, and abs.

What do you do to keep motivated in the winter?
