Yum: Frozen Kale Bars

I’ve recently pointed out my transition to moving closer to work…
Therefore, I’m also navigating the world of cooking for one.
While I appreciate the Costco sized bag of kale (thanks mom!), it can be pretty daunting eating 198476 pounds alone. You can imagine how amazing it was to stumble across this golden tactic: freezing kale for smoothies!
Frozen Kale Bars
Ingredients:
Fresh Kale
Water
Blend kale, using water judiciously. Pour the mixture into a muffin tin or ice cube tray and freeze.
I used a muffin tin but moving forward, I’d use silicone cupcake liners to make removing the kale bars much easier.
