M: Lush Mask Review

Looks yummy, right? Okay, maybe it looks a tad bit like baby food.
But I promise it smells better than it looks! What you see there is Oatifix, a fresh face mask from Lush Cosmetics.
Before this mask, I had only tried Lush’s bath bombs (which I love). I decided to expand my horizons, and I gave this a go.
Oatifix is made with bananas, oatmeal, vanilla, and other yummy goodness. It’s advertised as great for dry, sensitive, or irritated skin. After washing the makeup off your face, you basically spread Oatifix all over your skin. Oatifix is kept in the fridge, so it feels nice and cool when applied. It also has the consistency of cookie dough. And yes, you WILL look and feel ridiculous. But who cares! This is personal “you-time.” So kick back and relax while you let the mask sit for about 10 minutes. Then come back, and wash it off with warm water.

My thoughts: I really liked it!
It has a pleasant smell. It feels nice on the skin. My skin was left moisturized. And the best part… it only costs $6.95.
I got 5-6 uses out of my little pot of Oatifix. Since it’s made with fresh food, there is an expiration date to the mask. Overall, it was a great purchase.
