If you’re anything like me, this weather has taken a toll on my lips! And it’s not even December yet! Ban chapped lips with these quick tips.
- Drink plenty of water. Avoid salty or citrus treats.
- Ensure that your diet is full of plenty of nutrients.
- Do not lick your lips or do not pull at any rough, existing skin. Instead, remove any dry skin by dampening the lips with warm water and softly brushing a toothbrush against the lips.
- Afterwards, apply Vaseline or a chapstick containing almond oil or shea butter. Try to stick to balms without flavors or scents if you are sensitive.
