Beautified: Moisture-rich Skin

We’re taking it a step further. Here are some ways to keep your skin extra healthy this season (from inside out)!
Slathering on moisturizer might not always be the quick fix.
Eat up, buttercup! Choose moisture-rich foods containing:

Vitamin A (think carrots, mangoes, spinach, and tomato)
Vitamin C (orange, grapefruit, strawberries, red and green peppers)
Vitamin E ( found in vegetable oils, nuts and seeds)

Coffee and alcohol actually hurt your skin’s moisture level! Watch the amount you take in and be sure to fill up on good ol’ H2O.
