NEGU, Never Ever Give Up, was the mantra of Jessica Joy Rees after being diagnosed with two inoperable brain tumors at 12 years old in 2011. As she fought, it became her and her family’s mission to bring joy to other children with brain cancer through JoyJars.

The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is a national organization that works to raise money for research. They provide a reliable support network for those diagnosed so they will never be alone.
Pancreatic Cancer is difficult to diagnose and often discovered late in the disease course after it has already metastasized. Should this be the case, survival over a year is unlikely and often measured in months (making it is one of the most lethal types of cancer).
