Yum: Corn Casserole

I’m the girl who brings chips and dip to work holiday party potlucks. (Nevermind that I still insist on creating a Pinterest full of recipes!) This Thanksgiving, I was thankful for a family who loves me enough to act as a guinea pig to my endearing attempts at recipes. Sure, it’s not gourmet, but it’s not chips and dip either.

Here is one of the easiest recipes for novice chefs everywhere this holiday season-

Corn Casserole Ingredients

1 Box Jiffy

1 Can Cream Corn

1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained

2 eggs

1 stick butter, melted

1 cup sour cream

Mix all of the ingredients together in a casserole dish. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
