One of my New Year’s resolutions was completing a 5k… or a Half Marathon.
Like there’s a difference really.
To give you an idea of my previous running um… ability, two years ago I couldn’t run for 10 minutes without getting winded. I am now less than a week away from my first Half Marathon.
Here is the Training Plan I have been following:
I followed the program loosely, completing about 80% of the suggested plan. The most important takeaway is that the only person holding yourself back is you.
